How do I get started? See our resumes page for more information. Basically, you send in your resume, and we reply promptly with our unique "resume rating" system, where we let you know how your resume evaluated, and where we let you know how much we can improve on it. Once you agree to proceed and pay, we get started on your resume.
How do I know I'll be satisfied? We are proud of our high satisfaction rate. It's also why we put together our sample resumes. And finally, it's why we let you know up front whether we can help your resume, since some of you might have a pretty good resume already. We've never seen a resume we can't make better, but for some people who already have a good resume, we'll let you know how dramatically we will improve your resume before we accept any money from you. Due to the unique nature of this business where you have a full resume that we know is a very good resume, we can't offer refunds after providing you with an updated resume.
