Be enthusiastic at your interview. Be yourself first and foremost, but it's OK to show that you're excited about the job you're interviewing for. The interviewer will like you more just for being excited.
The trick to it? Ok, here goes: (It's really complicated, read carefully! -- just kidding --). During the interview, say, "I'm really excited about this opportunity!". Say it with a smile, and say it with sincerity. You'll be surprised at the impact it has.
Continuing this advice, though: Don't overdo it. Sincere but appropriate enthusiasm is great. Jumping on a couch like Tom Cruise on Oprah is too much.
